Responsibilities + Skills
Education
Knowledge of distributed systems concepts, e.g. scaling, consistency, and availability tradeoffsFamiliarity with platform thinking to focus on usability for our internal customers
Experience
5+ years experience building large-scale web software and operating it in productionEstablished experience leading a large development teamAdopter of Agile software development methodologies
