The team is responsible for building some of our flagship features as we move into new markets in the service management space.With a background in software engineering and engineering management, you'll help us continue to provide excellent solutions to customers, keep the team's engagement at its current high, and achieve success for the engineers.What you'll doWork in a triad with a product owner and a designer to set the product and technical roadmap for the team over the financial yearProvide mentorship and growth opportunities for the engineers in your teamPartner with sibling teams to find shared ways to win when working in common areasLead the scoping and prioritisation of work on the roadmap, balancing feature and operational workIdentify and report on success metrics for the teamYour background
