Job Description

You will work in the Payments team and reporting to Principal Solutions Architect. Working independently, you will assist in analysing business and technology landscape as is required to develop Architectural solutions and /or strategy. This position sits within a combined Consumer Finance and Cash Transactional Banking domains and is part of compliance lead out of the Chief Transformation office.How will I help?Your key responsibilities include:Participate in the analysis of Information Technology solutions to ensure effective solutions are delivered to the business. Ensure accurate representation of business/technical requirements in solutions through collaboration with business users, technology groups and suppliers.Contribute to the improvement of methodologies and processes for functional design activities to ensure continuous improvement of technology and business outcomes. Adhere to the Westpac Group's methodologies, tools and standards to ensure consistency and compliance with Westpac standards.Contribute to development of relationships with key senior business and technology stakeholders to provide input and approval during the development of solutions and architectural direction. Provide technology advice and guidance within a project to assist them in the formulation of business strategy and technology investment decisions.
