This is a 9-month contract opportunity for a PMO Analyst to join a Project and Portfolio Management Office, part of the broader Project Delivery team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in Agile environments, enjoys working across multiple projects and stakeholders, and is passionate about improving project delivery maturity and outcomes.Your new role Provide support to the PMO Manager, Head of Project Delivery, and Project Managers in planning, control, and governance activities.Facilitate and support project assurance activities including stage-gate reviews, health checks, and internal audits.Analyse and report on portfolio-level insights such as thematic risks, resource constraints, and delivery trends.Assist in the development and review of business cases, benefits management plans, and post-implementation reviews.Provide guidance and training to project teams and BAU stakeholders to uplift project delivery capability and tool usage.Coordinate and support governance forums, including preparation of reporting packs, minutes, and action tracking.Contribute to financial tracking, workforce planning, and risk management across the portfolio.Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the project delivery framework, reporting processes, and ways of working.
