YOUR ROLE  We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Culture & Engagement Manager to join IAG’s Culture & Inclusion team on a permanent basis. In this role you will be responsible for leading a team of consultants and advisors focused on the strategic delivery of end-to-end programs of work that bring our cultural aspirations to life and deliver on our people value proposition. This will include focusing on designing, implementing, and overseeing Organisation Development solutions that will enhance our organisational culture, employee engagement, recognition and retention overall.  The successful candidate will be expected to engage work cross-functionally across our business, applying a human-centered design approach that puts our people at the heart, embedding the values, championing our focus on diversity, equity and inclusion, and creating an exceptional people experience.
