A leading utilities organisation is seeking an Implementation Analyst to support the successful delivery and embedding of initiatives within a critical operational transformation program focused on optimising water outcomes and reducing inefficiencies.This role exists to bridge the gap between solution delivery and operational execution, ensuring that new assets, systems, and ways of working are fully adopted, transitioned into businessasusual (BAU), and delivering sustained value.The Implementation Analyst will work alongside delivery teams and operational stakeholders to ensure operational readiness, ownership, capability uplift, transition planning and benefits realisation are embedded into delivery—not treated as an afterthought.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Implementation Analyst will be accountable for: Implementation & Readiness Planning.Owning and maintaining integrated implementation plans that align technical delivery milestones with operational readiness, transition to BAU, and benefits realisation activitiesIdentifying and managing implementation dependencies, sequencing, constraints, risks and mitigations required for a successful golive and handover
