Job Description

As Head of Data & Intelligence - Credit Risk, Treasury & Finance, you'll lead the strategy, execution and evolution of data, analytics and intelligence capabilities across some of the bank's most important functions. You'll partner with senior executives across Credit Risk, Treasury, Finance and Technology to ensure data is trusted, accessible and transformed into insights that drive better outcomes for customers, stronger risk management and smarter financial decisions.You'll bring together data strategy, governance, analytics, regulatory obligations and innovation into a single vision. From strengthening the quality and integrity of enterprise data through to enabling advanced intelligence and AI-driven decision support, you'll be at the centre of how Westpac manages risk, capital, liquidity and financial performance.This is a highly visible leadership role where you'll influence enterprise-wide priorities, challenge conventional thinking and build the capabilities that will define the future of data-led decision making across Credit Risk, Treasury and Finance.
