Job Description
We currently have an opportunity for a Finance Controller to lead our divisional financial reporting, planning and analysis based in either North Ryde or Melbourne. This position is responsible for providing strong financial controllership and leading Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) efforts, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance and strategic decision-making support. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with senior management, RTS SLT members and cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and achieve the organisational targets.
Responsibilities + Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with CA or CPA required.Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulatory requirements.Proven leadership and team management skills.
Experience
Experience with JD Edwards desirable.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
