Job Description
This long-established public service organisation services millions of Victorians every year. With branches all over Victoria, they are vital in servicing their immediate community and the wider state by ensuring road safety for all licenced drivers and registered vehicles. They are currently seeking expressions of interest from multiple experienced customer service professionals to join their cluster of offices in the South East, Pakenham, in the capacity of Customer Service & Licence Testing Officers. Responsibilities + Skills
Excellent attention to detail and administration skillsMust be able to work in a busy, high-volume roleMust be resilient, patient and able to remain calm in high pressure situations.
Education
Must have recent face to face customer service experienceA current Victorian FULL driving licence with a clean driving historyMust be available to work over a 5-day roster averaging 20 - 38 hours per week
