We currently have an opportunity for a Crisis and Security Manager to join our team. You will play a pivotal role within an organization, collaborating with managers across SI&CS to assess security requirements and documenting procedures. This is a proactive role that will identify potential threats and formulate response strategies to mitigate them before they escalate into crises. This role is integral throughout the entire crisis management process, from pre-crisis planning to crisis response and recovery to all potential events. Beyond the day-to-day responsibilities, you can also expect to be involved in the advancement of our security and crisis management function; from innovating processes, to assisting on a variety of internal projects. What you’ll bringExtensive practical experience in crisis, security and emergency management.Formal qualifications Emergency Management, Risk Management, Public Safety.Crisis Communication/Public Relations Training.Demonstrable track record of developing and implementing effective crisis management strategies and emergency response plans.Proven experience in managing real-life crisis situations, demonstrating the ability to remain calm under pressure and make decisive, informed decisions.
