We’re seeking a dynamic team player to support the delivery and ongoing development of our T&O skills framework, learning & career pathways to ensure our people are future fit and ‘ready for anything’. Some of the key responsibilities will be:- Collaborate with our Capability team to deliver, implement, educate, and iterate our skill & capability frameworks and associated pathways. While ensuring consistency and continuous improvement of our tools and initiatives.Actively contribute to the development and maturity of the T&O Capability offerings through continuous improvement and simplification activities.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.Contribute to the development of our Capability suite of deliverables to support our T&O team to be “Engaged and Capable”.
Responsibilities + Skills
Education
Knowledge of capability, learning and development practices and the frameworks to support outstanding delivery.
Experience
Experience in skill/capability framework implementation.Ability to present concepts, data, and ideas, both visually and verbally.Excellent co-ordination and planning skills.
