This role involves coordinating the logistics operations within the given area, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, and advancing the IKEA values and culture within the team. Success in this role is demonstrated through high-quality logistics processes and operations that enhance the customer shopping experience.
Responsibilities & skills
Education
Contribute relevant goods flow input and feedback to the logistics action plan and ensure these actions are implemented in inbound and/or outbound goods flow processes.Share knowledge of effective and efficient goods flow operations and support competence development, including understanding health and safety in goods handling.Secure effective, qualitative, and efficient daily goods flow operation to guarantee a superior customer shopping experience through quality of products, merchandising, and stock accuracy.Contribute to the IKEA Value chain tasks and goals as outlined in the Global Service Protocol, local appendices, and service agreements with Transport Service Providers.
