Full job descriptionWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver strategic projects within the banking and financial services sector. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in banking operations, regulatory compliance, and digital transformation, with a strong grasp of project management methodologies.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure across retail, corporate, or digital banking domains.Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.Develop detailed project plans, manage risks/issues, and ensure alignment with business goals.Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior leadership.Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal governance standards.
Responsibilities & skills
Strong knowledge of banking processes, products, and regulatory requirements.Proficient in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, etc.) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Education
5+ years of project management experience in the banking/financial services domain.
