Overview of the RoleWe are looking for a customer-focused Parts Counter Representative to join our Aftersales team. In this role, you will be the face of our parts business, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while driving parts sales, revenue growth, and customer retention. You will work closely with customers, service teams, and workshop operations to ensure timely parts availability and seamless service delivery.What You Will DoAchieve parts sales and revenue targets through upselling, cross-selling, and effective promotion of accessories.Build strong customer relationships by understanding parts requirements and recommending suitable maintenance solutions.Coordinate with Service Advisors, Job Controllers, and workshop teams to ensure timely parts availability and customer updates.Maintain accurate sales orders, reservations, and customer records in SAP.Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and quality standards.Support inventory management activities, including stock control and inventory audits.Contribute to improving customer satisfaction, retention, and on-time delivery performance.Required Skills to Be SuccessfulStrong customer service and relationship management skills.Good knowledge of automotive parts and aftersales operations.Ability to identify sales opportunities and drive revenue growth.Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and system updates.Proficiency in SAP, Electronic Parts Catalogue (EPC), and Microsoft Office applications.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Responsibilities & skills
Education
Diploma or equivalent qualification, preferably with an automotive background.3-5 years of experience in the automotive industry, ideally in a parts sales or parts operations role.Experience in customer service and sales within the automotive sector.Working knowledge of SAP and Electronic Parts Catalogue (EPC).Good command of English; basic Arabic communication skills are an advantage.
