Job description
- Drive data-driven insights - dive deep into funnel data, partner performance metrics, and customer behavior to identify actionable learnings.- Own partner growth strategy - develop segmentation frameworks, campaign plans, offer propositions and new solutions, understanding the headroom within each opportunityAct as the primary point of contact for performance and growth insights on your partnerships, including reporting to Prime and cross-functional stakeholders.- Optimize customer experience - map and improve end-to-end CX flows across partner touchpoints (both digital and physical) to maximize offer discoverability, engagement, and conversion.- Build scalable marketing mechanisms - develop automation, playbooks, and reusable programs that drive operational efficiency across MEA and can be leveraged globally.Collaborate cross-functionally with Prime, Retail, Product, and BD teams to deliver best-in-class campaign opportunities and assets for partners.Support Business Development on partnership pitches, proposals, and B2B communications that bring Amazon's subscription value proposition to life.

Education
Planning and executing growth programs (marketing, product/solutions, etc.)Identifying, tracking and reporting on actionable insightsWorking with Business Development (BD) on negotiations for growth opportunitiesLeading partner negotiations for and execution of complex marketing programs or new solutionsCollaborating with central marketing, product and tech teams to prioritize and deliver various solutions including automation and CX enhancement initiatives.
