Responsibilities & skills
Identification of cost/ time/ quality implication of any design change and recommendation thereofTeam ManagementProficiency in MS Office (Word/ Excel) MS Project
Education
Prequalification of consultantsDefinition of design scope clauses, deliverables, etc., completeness and absence of any gapsCoordination with designers- clarity and accuracy of communicating DFCs requirements
