Job DescriptionTHE POSITIONThis role is to supports the Food & Beverage department in carrying out various strategies and tasks. Compiles, analyses, and reports. This position will appeal to a highly motivated, flexible individual who enjoys working to pre-agreed goals in a busy and changing environment. Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage this role will require assisting in the execution of Marketing and PR activities with proficiency as well as administrative support across all facets to the Food & Beverage department.JOB DESCRIPTIONEnsure that the venue experience and positioning come to life in all the marketing initiatives implemented across multiple platforms globallyDevelopment and implementation of brands, visual standards guidelines and marketing plans for new product/service launches working closely with the property Operations, Sales, Marketing Team and appointed Agency.In collaboration with F&B department drive and activate each venueManaging creative development of advertisements per venue (on and offline) as well as timely delivery of ads in accordance with the media plan, using in-house design resourcesWorking with PR agency on the venue activations and releasesEnsure the standards are met on Brand as per the venue guidelines
Responsibilities & skills
Expertise with Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and Instagram Insights preferred.Advanced knowledge of Facebook Ads preferred.

Experience
Familiarity with hospitality industry standardsMinimum of 2 years similar in a 5 star or luxury hotel.Social Media Platforms
