Concierge Supervisor At InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina
Job description
We want to make our guests’ experiences truly memorable from the very first moment they set foot in one of our hotels. To set the right tone, we’re looking for a Concierg Supervisor capable of leaving no stone unturned in pursuit of complete guest satisfaction. A little taste of your day-to-day: Lead the daily operations of the concierge desk, bell service, transport and valet partnersDeliver a warm, professional and highly personalised service to all guestsBuild strong guest relationships and anticipate needs before they are requestedShare accurate and up-to-date local knowledge on attractions, dining, events and transportSupport VIP arrivals, group movements and special guest requestsHandle guest concerns calmly and use feedback to improve service standardsCoordinate closely with Front Office and other departments for seamless operationsMaintain high standards of appearance and organisation in the lobby and concierge areasAct as a brand ambassador and actively promote hotel services and experiences
Responsibilities & skills
Education
At least one year of supervisory experience or a similar leadership roleConfident, hands-on leadership style with the ability to guide and motivate a teamGood local knowledge or the willingness to learn quicklyAbility to remain calm, organised and professional under pressureFlexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidaysFluent in English, additional languages are an advantageHigh School qualification or equivalent, hospitality education is a plus
