Job description
The CNC and Laser Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining computer-controlled machines that are used to cut or etch materials such as metal, plastic, and wood. The ideal candidate will have experience with CNC machines and laser cutters, as well as a strong understanding of safety procedures.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Set up and operate CNC and laser cutting machines.Load and unload raw materials into machines.Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed.Read and interpret blueprints and drawings.Troubleshoot machine problems.Maintain machines and equipment.
Responsibilities & skills
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.1-2 years of experience with CNC machines and laser cutters.Strong knowledge of Corel and AutoCAD software.Strong understanding of safety procedures.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
