Were looking for a Club InterContinental Supervisor who leads with calm confidence, orchestrates seamless Front Office and lounge operations, and ensures our most valued guests experience effortless luxury from arrival to departure.A little taste of your day-to-day:Every day is different, but youll mostly be:Oversee the daily operations of Club InterContinental, ensuring smooth and personalised check-in and check-out experiencesSupervise Club Lounge service across breakfast, afternoon tea, evening cocktails, and all-day refreshmentsLead, coach, and inspire a multi-skilled team to deliver consistent, refined service standardsEnsure service flows seamlessly, standards remain impeccable, and guest preferences are anticipatedWork closely with Front Office, Guest Relations, Food & Beverage, and Housekeeping to deliver seamless guest journeysHandle guest feedback and concerns with discretion, confidence, and professionalismEnsure Club guests receive priority recognition and personalised attention at every touchpointSupport billing accuracy, cost awareness, and compliance with established proceduresEnsure full compliance with IHG brand standards, hygiene, safety, and local regulations
Responsibilities & skills
Education
34 years experience in Front Office, Guest Services, or Food & Beverage within a luxury hotel or resortPrevious supervisory exposure in a guest-facing or service leadership roleStrong understanding of personalised, high-end guest serviceConfident, polished, and professional communication styleNatural leadership approach with the ability to lead by exampleExperience with Opera or a similar PMS preferredFlexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
