DESCRIPTIONThe Admin Support Analyst (UAE national only) is responsible for managing and overseeing the end-to-end invoice administration process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution of invoice-related discrepancies. This role serves as a critical link between finance and vendor operations — driving process efficiency, maintaining data integrity, and supporting the organization's accounts payable function. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with meticulous attention to detail to ensure seamless invoice processing and financial reporting.
Responsibilities & skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field24 years of experience in invoice processing, accounts payable, or financial analysisStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and identify discrepanciesExcellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data handlingProficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation) and ERP systems
