Job description
The job holder is responsible for performing day-to-day billing and invoicing activities and matching of job protocol reports. In addition to the above, the job holder contributes in preparation of the weekly customer statement for circulation to the HOD as a part of Customer management and timely debt collection.Preparing and submitting of job protocol ( Statement of Account) to customers and Finance departmentChecking of accuracy of the generated job protocol ( i.e. correct customer , department, items, date, quantity, prices, contract status nd express charges)Computing and preparing of Credit and Debit NotesLiaising with operations to resolve any disputes regarding discrepancies if any before submitting the statement of account to customersAcquiring samples, photos, specifications including weights of articles for rate quotationAssortment of new articles in the set up departmentFacilitate creation and activation of new accounts / customer in liaison with Finance departmentSending of customer stock list reports to leasing clientsComply with all relevant quality, health, safety and environmental management policies, procedures and controls.

Education
Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness strong organizational and time management skillsAbility to effectively interact with employees and vendors
Experience
At least 3 years experience in the area of FinanceSound book keeping knowledge
