Senior Business Insights Developer (Power BI)
Job description
Key Responsibilities:Power BI Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports, providing business stakeholders with meaningful insights and helping to drive decision-making.Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze complex datasets, identify key trends, and transform data into actionable business insights.Automated Reporting: Utilize tools such as Power BI, Business Objects, or Tableau to automate reporting processes, ensuring that reports are accurate, timely, and accessible.SQL Querying & Database Management: Work with SQL, MSQL, and other coding languages to extract and manipulate data for reporting purposes.Business Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with senior business leaders to understand their data needs and ensure reports are designed to meet those needs, delivering actionable insights.
Responsibilities & skills
Education
Bachelors Degree in a relevant field (NQF7) preferred.
Experience
At least 2 years' experience in a Management Information (MI), Business Intelligence (BI), or Data Analyst role.
