Your role involves analyzing performance data, conducting root cause analysis, providing real-time support to address performance challenges, and calling out critical resources needed to achieve business goals. Additionally, you will establish performance improvement governance and lead the implementation of initiatives to enhance organizational performance. You will collaborate across departments to optimize APT - Productivity - Quality - Risk - Cost performances, aligning them with our strategic goals. To excel in this role, you should have a deep understanding of performance management principles, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to set and track KPIs related to workforce efficiency, productivity, risk, and customer experience.
