Job Description
1.2.1 Work with relevant parties to resolve orders with problems (parts not found, expired stock )1.2.2 Issues that packers need help involving system transactions or material errors.1.3 Liaison with internal customers on delivery schedules for E1 orders1.4 Learn E1 and TRAX applications and be the super user to support system UAT test.1.5 Support the sourcing of DC supporting materials and raise purchase requisition accordingly.1.6 Match suppliers' invoices with PO for those DC supporting materials/services before activating payment approval.1.7 Filing of pick tickets according to department1.8 Support projects implementation, PPI activities or tasks assigned by supervisor.
