Make an Impact by:Project Management: Responsible for overseeing the entire digitalization project. Create project plans, set objectives, allocate resources, and ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.Business Analytics: Gather and analyze data and information about current operations and processes. Work closely with stakeholders to identify areas that can benefit from digitalization and develop business cases for these changes.Change Management: Help employees adapt to the changes brought about by digitalization. Design and implement strategies to minimize resistance and ensure a smooth transition.User Experience: Creating user-friendly interfaces and experiences for the digital tools and systems being implemented. Ensure that the technology is easy to use and meets user needs.Quality Assurance: Responsible for testing digital solutions to ensure they meet quality standards. Identify and report any issues or bugs and work with the development team to resolve them.Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to help employees learn how to use new digital tools effectively. May also create user manuals and documentation.Vendor/Supplier Management: If the project involves the acquisition of software or services from external vendors or suppliers, this role would oversee these relationships, contracts, and deliverables.Communication: Effective communication is crucial in a digitalization project. Manage internal and external communications related to the project, including updates, progress reports, and stakeholder engagement.
