You will be working on multidisciplinary projects with our engineers to stabilize and improve the manufacturing engineering operations. What will you do?You will be joining the Engineering team and will support microarray manufacturing operation on shift duties. Responsibilities and AuthoritiesResponsible for production area repair and maintenance activities including corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance.Carry out equipment maintenance services as per preventative maintenance (PM) schedule ad specification.Responsible for equipment fixing and support operator to return equipment into production modeSustain production operation with minimum machine breakdowns and repairing time.Report any observation / finding during fixing, maintenance, or calibration activities.Maintain good housekeeping and safety practices in the production and maintenance support areas.Comply to ISO 13485:2003 and 21-CFR-820 requirements and accurate documentation and data integrity at all times.
Responsibilities + Skills
Maintenance experience in manufacturing / cleanroom environment, preferably with machine fixing experience.Communicate with good command of written and spoken English.Demonstrate the ability to analyze, tackle problems and complete tasks assign.
Education
Diploma or equivalent with 3 years of experience or NITEC with 5 years of relevant hands-on experience.
