As a strategist, consultant, and leader, the role will ensure streamlined activities within Group IT and more broadly across the enterprise, often representing Group IT in organisation-wide activities.  The Senior Director is engaged in significant activities within the Business Unit, including creation of the annual operating plan; facilitating communication between the Group CIO and other executives including preparation of board papers and other internal and external presentation material; leading special projects assigned by the Group CIO; and partnering with other leaders to deliver on the BU and Group strategy. The Senior Director is also a trusted advisor and sounding board for the Group CIO, providing counsel on key business decisions and initiatives based on numeracy skills and detailed understanding of commercial concepts and processes.  The ideal candidate will have proven success in a business management role, with a special focus on executive-level advising and collaboration across multinational organisations.
