Job Description

The Finance Manager – partners with the Global Supply Chain Fulfilment teams to support analysis and implementation of new programmes.This includes generating the cost & benefit analysis of RFQ from Service Providers (LSP).From time to time, the incumbent will also work on ad hoc analysis and projects to provided insightful analysis for decision-making by the senior management function in DysonThe role has good exposure to the Dyson Global Supply Chain Functions and allows the incumbent a great opportunity to develop a thorough understanding of Dyson Operations Business.The role reports into the Head of Supply Chain Finance.AccountabilitiesParticipate in vendor selection process in RFQ to achieve cost optimization.Generate the Cost & Benefit analysis for each RFQ exercise.Work closely with Supply Chain Finance Manager on the proposal of LSP selections from finance perspectives.Benchmark analysis vs. external competitors to identify opportunity areasPrepare ad hoc analysis to support new and existing initiatives.Key finance POC to work directly with Supply Chain Procurement and Operations teams on all Logistics & Fulfilment rates related initiatives and discussions.Trusted business partner to Supply Chain and Manufacturing teams. Influence a wide variety of cross functional and senior stakeholders.Review of key processes to drive process improvements.
