Job Description
ResponsibilitiesEnsure shift production targets/KPIs for all manufacturing lines are met by actively monitoring and understanding the relevant performance metrics using the MES system and taking timely and effective corrective actions when there is an excursion.Responsible to operate the production equipment, perform line setup and execute specific tasks assigned according to the SOPs.Perform troubleshooting and recovery activities in the event of equipment breakdown, including mechanical alignments, replacement of machine parts, or optimisation of machine parameters.Participate in continuous improvement initiative by undertaking simple equipment enhancements projects eg. machine parameters optimization, simple machine hardware upgradePerform machine and work area 5S activities.Understand and adhere to high EHS Standards, carrying out all work in accordance to work safety policies, procedures and governing requirements

Education
Able to use a schematic diagram to troubleshoot electrical systemsAble to work on 12 hours rotating shift (morning & night) in a clean room environment
Experience
Minimum 2 years of working experience in production equipment operations and maintenance.Good verbal and written communication skills.Good knowlege in mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems
