In this role, you are responsible to ensure the smooth and continuous day-to-day operations execution in Data Centre. Make an Impact by: Familiar with BMC Control-M batch in job execution and monitoring. Support incident identification, escalation & reporting. Backup operations and regular server health checks. Generate reports on regular basis. Adhere to all operational & physical security procedures. Maintain records required to work towards acceptable audit rating. Any other operational related duties as assigned.
