Make an Impact by Provide Level 1 support for FBB, VSAT, MVSAT, KVH, FX, ICT, Hosting, Inmarsat C, SAT-IP & Iridium and other value-added satellite services.supporting Incident Management Satellite activities at the Satellite Stations.To co-ordinate and ensure faster recovery for Broadcast & OCC cast services.To monitor the Infra devices that includes core routers, UPS, M&C alarm for Antenna.To effectively follow the incident management process using the SMoD queue ticketing system.To co-ordinate the installation, commissioning and testing of the Satellite services with vendor/SI.
Responsibilities + Skills
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and able to adapt to a dynamic environment.Operational readiness on 24 X 7 environment.Ability to perform 12 hours shift operations.
Education
A good diploma in Satellite Communications Engineering / Electronics Engineering / Computer Engineering / Infocomm from a recognized institution. (Fresh graduates are welcome)Applicants without the necessary qualifications but with relevant experience and skillset will also be considered.Knowledge in satellite communications.Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and able to adapt to a dynamic environment.
