Job Description Role PurposeThe purpose of this role is to provide solutions and bridge thegap between technology and business know-how to deliver any clientsolution Do Bridging the gap between project and support teams throughtechno-functional expertiseFor a new business implementation project, drive the end to endprocess from business requirement management to integration &configuration and production deploymentCheck the feasibility of the new change requirements and provideoptimal solution to the client with clear timelinesProvide techno-functional solution support for all the newbusiness implementations while building the entire system from thescratchSupport the solutioning team from architectural design, coding,testing and implementationUnderstand the functional design as well as technical design andarchitecture to be implemented on the ERP systemCustomize, extend, modify, localize or integrate to the existingproduct by virtue of coding, testing & productionImplement the business processes, requirements and theunderlying ERP technology to translate them into ERP solutions

Education
Attend trainings, seminars to sharpen the knowledge infunctional/ technical domainWrite papers, articles, case studies and publish them on theintranet

• Program Management experience for at least 2 end to end big implementation in any Oracle Ebs/CRM/Billing/Invoice application.• Expert in Stakeholder Management, Team Management, Commercials, Deliverables, Timeline• Prior experience of connecting at CXO / Business Leadership level• Prior experience of ministry experience in KSA• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
