The candidate will work in a fast-paced consulting environment with excellent career growth opportunities. ResponsibilitiesWorking in collaboration with the project team to prepare the following deliverables / provide the following services (non-exhaustive list):Reviewing plans and preparing quantity requirements.Reviewing contractor's work progress invoices and certification.Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.Liaising with the design team, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessments, and other documents.Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders and advising them on improvements and new strategies.Ensure interdisciplinary coordination.
Responsibilities & skills
Education
Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical capabilities with a focus on achieving results.Team player with great interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience
Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, engineering, or similar.Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, in post-contract activities, with a focus on cost planning and estimation of EHV Transmission projects or HVDC projects. Also, related to power systems, transmission & distribution lines, HVDC, substations, and power station projects.
