Supports project organizational and administrative activities when delegated. Supervises cost engineering activities when delegated. Responsibilities:Prepares Project Controls plans, and detailed manpower utilization plans for discipline or specialty activities.Preparation of PFSR, including JV and multiple currency analysis.Preparation of currency cashflow for hedge program.Assists with Trend and Risk Management Programs.Assists with contract management and payments.Determines scope definition requirements for discipline or other specialty and works with Engineering and other sources to coordinate the production of required data to conform to the overall estimate preparation plan.
Responsibilities & skills
Education
Knowledge of financial reporting systems and controller account codes, and an understanding of Controller instructions, which impact Project Controls (including Project Financial Status Reports and Earned Revenue Determination Data).
Experience
Experience in performing, monitoring, and reviewing cost engineering functions, which include cost estimating, cost control, and cost analysis.Knowledge in the use of computers for executing work processes; expert knowledge of MS Excel.Intermediate to Expert experience in PFSR preparation, including multiple currencies.Excellent oral and written Communication.
