In the GCC, we have held significant roles on King Khalid, King Fahad, Dubai, Hamad, and Muscat international airports.Saudi Arabian Bechtel Company has been appointed to provide project management consultancy services (including technical, commercial, and construction management) for the development of a state of the art international airport in the city of Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. King Salman International Airport will have a capacity of up to 120 million travellers by 2030 and 185 million travellers by 2050, and the capacity to process up to 3.5 million tons of cargo by 2050. Bechtel will provide PMC services for three new terminals; Terminal 6 is a new build ‘low cost carrier’ – hyper efficient terminal with gross floor area of 450,000m2, capacity of 20mppa; Iconic Terminal is a new build ‘new concept’ terminal with gross floor area of 1M m2, capacity of 40 to 45 mppa, and Private Aviation Terminal and hangars for VIPs and business jet passengers.Job Summary:The Cooperative Training will provide structured training and exposure across various Engineering functions and verticals, with a focus on key processes.Major Responsibilities:The Cooperative Training will provide structured training and exposure across various Engineering functions and verticals, with a focus on key processes.Cooperative Trainees will work under the supervision and guidance of respective vertical leaders and will work closely with team leaders and supervisors for day-to-day activities as follows:Students will be learning various systems and procedures which are used by these verticals.Cooperative Trainees would be provided training and expected to assist in preparing weekly/monthly reports/activities including developing and utilizing databases, and various other reports.Shadowing and learning from experienced professionals in the field.Assisting with day-to-day tasks and projects.Participating in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills.Conducting research and analysis as required.Contributing innovative ideas and solutions to ongoing projects.
