Responsible for driving strategic alignment and optimizing performance and operational excellence across SOTC in line with SOPC strategy and relevant internal and external stakeholders. This role partners closely with Senior Directors and other functional leads to support goal setting, strategic planning, tracking, and monitoring. Overseeing planning and performance management and operational improvement initiatives, the Director ensures the implementation of data-driven, innovative approaches and continuous improvement frameworks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness at the division level.
