Job Description:Parsons is looking for an exceptionally talented Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team!In this role, you will oversee the installation, inspection, and commissioning of electrical systems across complex building projects, ensuring full compliance with technical standards, safety requirements, and regulatory approvals. You will be a key player in maintaining quality, supporting coordination, and driving successful project delivery. What You’ll Be Doing:Supervising on-site electrical installations, ensuring alignment with IFC drawings and technical specifications.Reviewing and approving shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements for electrical systems.Overseeing and witnessing testing and commissioning procedures for LV/MV systems, ELV, fire alarm, and smart technologies.Ensuring all works comply with QCDD regulations, local authority requirements, and international codes.Coordinating with MEP disciplines and other trades to resolve clashes and maintain seamless system integration.
Responsibilities + Skills
In-depth knowledge of LV/MV systems, ELV networks, life safety systems, and smart building technologies.Strong expertise in MEP coordination, site supervision, and authority approvals.
Education
Conducting inspections, verifying compliance with safety standards, and supporting final project handover.
