Job Description
As Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible to support Manager PMO and System Support by overseeing and monitoring business applications to derive maximum benefit through automation of business activities and processes of Group Safety and Security (GS&S) department. You will proactively assess, evaluate and recommend IT System needs, and work in coordination with IT department to implement the agreed IT work program and software solution. You will be serving as a liaison between business department stakeholders and IT team, capturing requirements from business users and preparing necessary Business Requirements Documents (BRD), and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) prior to system implementation. The role may also have to work with external solution providers, documenting functional solution re requirements and validating if the vendor solution meets business expectations.

Excellent knowledge and experience in preparing business requirement documents and performing manual software testing
Education
Vocational Qualification / Diploma or Equivalent or Bachelor's DegreeQualification in Engineering / Computer ScienceMinimum 4 years of relevant experience
