PRESALES ENGINEER (Communication Navigation Surveillance)

· Candidate with Communication Navigation Surveillance experience with over 5 years (especially in airports, military, naval and specialized sectors).· The candidate should be able to evaluate tender documents, create RFI· Establish communication with suppliers and international partners, create and design the tender documents in timely manner· Work well with tender deadlines and under pressure· Experience with Qatar market and QAF, MME, HIA, QA, MOI, QP, QCAA and other governmental entities is mandatory (as the candidate should be able to follow the guidelines and regulations of all the tendering and RFQ processes).
