Full job description About the roleAs a Porter (Retail), you will be responsible for receiving stock from the warehouse and storage, and delivery of stock as per shop requirements, ensuring stocks are in the right place at the right time to maximize the sales opportunity whilst keeping shortages and breakages to a minimum.Key accountabilities include:Perform receiving of stock from the warehouse to sub-stores and delivery of stock to QDF stores to avoid stock-out situationHandle all goods with utmost care and ensure safe movement of stock to safeguard minimum damagesFacilitate cleanliness of all the operational areas and equipment in the sub-stores to maintain a hassle-free workspaceFollow all guidelines in relation to HIA health and safety, and immediately report any accidents or breaches to the Assistant Merchandiser in a timely mannerPerform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by Head of the DepartmentBe part of an extraordinary story

Basic math skills for counting inventoryGood English communication skills
Education
Ability to lift/move goods up to 165 lbsAbility to pull heavy carts of stock through the facilityAbility to schedule and prioritize workflow
