In this role you will get to i mprove community association set guidelines and regulations. What You'll Be Doing:Prepare annual service charge budgets.Dispatch invoices and follow up on regular basis.Manage facilities management, operations, and administration of community associations related matters.Improve community association set guidelines and regulations.Prioritize and facilitate resolution of maintenance and other community association related enquiries within the set period and established guidelines.Enforce rules and regulations specified by various authorities.Prepare monthly and quarterly reports.Liaise with sub-developers and local authorities for association related matters.Manage relationships with unit owners and association board members.Follow up on collections and provide reports to management on monthly basis.
