Job Description
Responsible to champion and implement the “Facility Quality Assurance Framework” so that Organization’s “Process Focus” Objectives are adhered to and aligned in all QRFM Residential Operations in order meet the Brand Standards, ensure customer Satisfaction & continuous improvement. AccountabilitiesConduct process trainings and awareness campaigns to disseminate information to all employees; Identify specific training requirements to bridge skill gaps.Verify the efficient implementation of the various procedures, processes, practices as per QMS requirements; plan and carry out scheduled as well as spot audits to ensure the effectiveness of the implementation.
Responsibilities + Skills
Education
Bachelor Degree in EngineeringCertification in QMS (Quality Management System) / ISO Standards
Experience
Minimum 3 years total of experience with at least 2-3 years experience in QMS ImplementationExcellent Oral & Written Skills in English.
