As a Standards and Procedures Specialist under Cabin Services, you will develop and maintain Cabin Crew reference materials and effectively communicate changes in policies, standards and procedures to all Cabin Crew.You will develop, write, distribute and continuously update all service manuals, reference guides, product and services notices, reminders, leaders' alerts and other communication across all communication channels. Additionally, you will evaluate customer and crew reports / feedback, and data obtained from partner departments and external sources to identify areas of improvement to the current product and service. 

Participate in Marketing and Social Media shoots / campaigns in liaison with Product & Service ManagersPerform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.
