Transport Engineer (Auckland)Join our Transport Advisory team and help shape the future of transport in Auckland, New Zealand, and beyond. You will be part of a practice and team working on complex challenges such as climate change, integrated land use planning, mode shift from solo occupied cars, and evaluating the land-use and wider economic benefits of transport projects. You will have scope to work across clients throughout the region, with our current projects and many more developing the urban streetscape to enable a connected community.Key Elements to the role:Shape the transport network across Auckland and New Zealand, providing strategic consultancy servicesSupport the delivery of transformational transport and land-use planning and engineering projects, while learning from some of the bestWork with colleagues from a range of disciplines including our design and planning teams, while developing your career in a multi-disciplinary consulting firmTe kinga rua | The opportunity
Responsibilities + Skills
Education
To be successful in this role, you will have a relevant New Zealand or offshore qualification and at least two years of experience. You will have a real passion for transport engineering and planning. You will be motivated to learn, to develop, to listen to our clients needs and to work in a collaborative and team-based environment to deliver for our clients. You will understand the craft of providing quality advice while balancing a broad range of stakeholder viewpoints to deliver optimum transport outcomes.
