Education
Our Transmission Line Engineers come from a range of engineering backgrounds, united by their passion to make a real-world difference through their engineering, design, problem solving and project delivery skills. Joining this team will allow you to bring your engineering abilities to understand client project requirements, analyse and problem solve, as well as your ability to support the design of solutions delivering transmission projects. You will have the curiosity mindset and skills to research and validate data, drawings, site photos and maps, as well as the ability to interpret these with on-site visits. While you will have plenty of scope for success in this role, you will also have the awareness to know your limits, especially knowing when to seek input to validate and confirm your design assumptions such as from Becas Transmission sector technical experts, or through other sources.
