Play a leadership role with Beca’s Te Ahi Ttata - Mori Business. You will be part of an established team passionate about embedding Te Ao Mori values, tkanga (protocols) and outcomes in the way Beca works, as well as across our clients, projects and communities. As Te Kaiwhakatere (The Navigator), you will have the opportunity to pursue your career inside a kaupapa Mori based team and to bring your full self to this role.In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to join a large Aotearoa professional services firm, playing a part our haerenga (journey). As an experienced leader, you will have scope to help guide, influence and shape the direction for how our Aotearoa business embeds Te Ao Mori into everything that we do. You will be part of a passionate team across Beca, undertaking the mahi to make everyday better, with this role being based in Wellington working across the Central Region (including Beca offices in Wellington, New Plymouth, Palmerston North, Hawkes Bay, Nelson, and their associated rohe). Some travel will be expected with this role along with flexibility around working hours to fit with meeting times with our iwi and related partners.
