Job DescriptionTe Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunityWe are on the lookout for a Simulation Technician to join our team on a Full Time - Permanent basis at the Simulation Centre for Patient Safety. The role will provide advanced clinical technical support for senior medical and health sciences undergraduate students (medical, nursing, optometry, and pharmacy), postgraduate students, and various healthcare professionals, covering a wide range of internal and external courses and workshops deemed essential for safe medical practice in a hospital or community situation.You will also work closely with course coordinators/convenors to determine the pedagogical drivers in clinical education. To provide course coordinators and tutors with substantive support and domain-specific technical skills whilst contributing to the development of practical learning resources and activities.This exciting role offers room for growth and development and other career opportunities.
