Central Maine Healthcare is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our Central Maine Medical Center Pathology Team! This is a per diem position. The Phlebotomist is responsible for assisting in the procurement and processing of biological specimens from patients for analysis in the Laboratory and to perform supportive tasks in the maintenance of related records and facilities.
Responsibilities + Skills
High School Diploma with a strong background in biology and chemistry.This CMHC position must meet the criteria for evaluating vehicle operator suitability. It has been determined that this position requires either the operation of a system or leased vehicle or the use of a personal vehicle for business purposes on a regular basis as an integral part of the job.
Education
Phlebotomy training or experience required. Phlebotomy Certification is preferred
