Job Description
Responsibilities General maintenance and repair duties for all VIP properties.Performs basic carpentry, painting, masonry, light electrical, flooring, tire racking set up, and other tasks as needed.Works in a safe manner, follows all safety policies while performing job duties, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment PPE.Keeps work area clean and organized.Preparation and assembly of various building components and materials used in the renovation, repair, or new construction of a VIP property.

Education
Ability to safely perform light carpentry and construction tasks.Ability to learn new skills as required to complete renovation jobs.Ability to stay busy, be highly productive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Experience
Extended hours and overnights based on business needs.Travel from the Auburn Support Center, or your home base, will be provided or reimbursed.
